Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscription payments are only applicable in the following scenarios:- Technical issues that prevent the use of our services, and which cannot be resolved by our support team within 14 days.
- Errors in billing or duplicate charges caused by Lumeny.
- Non-Refundable Payments
- Fees for partial months of usage are non-refundable.
- Payments made during free trials or promotional discounts are not eligible for refunds.
- Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date to be considered.
One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., advanced features, premium add-ons) are eligible only if the product or feature was not delivered as described or failed to work as intended.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Email address associated with your account
- Payment receipt or proof of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
- Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
- Cancelling will stop future payments but allow you to access the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:
- Services interrupted due to user error or misuse.
- Situations outside of Lumeny’s control, such as connectivity issues on your end.
